I feel like I had a huge list of things I was going to do all week with my time off. And now I can’t remember anything that was on it except homework…and I don’t want to do that.
But! It is only Monday, I’m going to relax today…buy some magazines (for homework, I swear) and a new headlight, then work.
Unfortunately I’m missing my brother’s 18th birthday dinner this evening, but we are going to get tattoos together tomorrow night, before my date ;)

First time doing heavy squats in about 3 weeks due to injury…my quad is doing a lot better now and I can function painless-ly :)
But I’m still taking it easy, I don’t want to be put out again…injury prof is a doctor, which is super handy. She’s suggested quarter squats to build strength medially…since doing fully squats 100% of the time builds most strength laterally…leaving more risk for this type of injury. What a coincidence, I’ve only been doing full parallel and atg, heh.
So doing quarter squats at the gym with the bros looking at me like a fool, but that’s okay, if it’s safer that’s how it’s gotta be. I’ll work my butt back down over time :)
