Weigh-in & Measurements; Week 17

Eight weeks left until vacation in Florida with my babe. I’ve been doing a cleanse this week (or at least trying my hardest to) so my intake has been a little weird.

(Numbers in brackets are change since last week’s weigh-in)

Height: 5’9”
Current weight: 149lbs
Goal weight: 135lbs

  • Bust: 33” 
  • Under-bust:  30” 
  • Waist: 28” 
  • Belly: 34” 
  • Hips: 38.5” (-0.25)
  • Thighs: 22” (-0.5)
  • Calves: 15”
  • Upper Arm: 10.5” (-0.25)

No change in my weight today, but I don’t feel too bad, I weighed myself yesterday morning and I was back down to 146lb. I’ll stay on the positive side. I did lose around my hips/thighs, squats are paying off! c:
