I got a body fat caliper the other day, I haven’t been successful in doing it myself though so once I get some assistance I’ll be able to post them with my stats :P

Leaving for Florida tomorrow! / Weigh in & measurements

I haven’t posted a weigh-in for a month now, I haven’t weighed myself or taken my measurements either. I haven’t even been counting calories.
What I have been doing is keeping up with my work out schedule(which is now based around a lot of lifting), and making a conscious effort to eat healthy on a regular basis but without denying myself the pleasure of eating out or having a snack when I want to.

So what’s the verdict?

Height: 5’9”
Current weight: 155lbs (+2)

  • Bust: 33” 
  • Under-bust:  29” (-1)
  • Waist: 27.5” (-0.5)
  • Belly: 33.5”  (-1)
  • Hips: 38”  (-0.5)
  • Thighs: 22.5”
  • Calves: 15.25” (+0.25)
  • Upper Arm: 11” (+0.5) *12” flexed! I now have biceps and not just flab!!

I’m debating whether or not to completely scrap the “goal weight” concept. After this month I’ve realized that my body is still improving; I’ve lost inches, gained definition, am still looking hotter and getting stronger every day, and still, have not lost weight, rather, I’ve gained a few pounds! I think I was right about focusing on my body fat percentage instead :)

I’ll admit I haven’t been on my best behaviour with my diet this week since my hubby has been home, but on a positive note I’ve been doing great with going to the gym and keeping my fitocracy updated :) And! my lovie is actually coming with me to the gym today, since he wants to get in shape as well.

Only 6 weeks left until vacation!! Time to get our asses in gear :D

Eight weeks left until vacation in Florida with my babe. I’ve been doing a cleanse this week (or at least trying my hardest to) so my intake has been a little weird.

No change in my weight today, but I don’t feel too bad, I weighed myself yesterday morning and I was back down to 146lb. I’ll stay on the positive side. I did lose around my hips/thighs, squats are paying off! c:

Only NINE weeks until vacation, into those single digits now…I know I’ve been sucky this week with my intake so let’s see how it effected my results, shall we?

Okay, I’ve learnt my lesson, I can’t believe just over-eating made that much of a difference. That’s alright, I’ve got 9 weeks to go and I’ll be kicking my ass. Maybe I should get a jump start on that gym membership …

Alright we’re near the end of the 15th week of the year, and it’s also only TEN weeks until I go on vacation!

How about that? Down 2 lbs and 2.75 inches just in a week :)

I’m almost 10lbs away from my goal weight guys, I am so proud!

Week 14 is nearly over! And 11 weeks from today I will be leaving for Florida!

Super proud of the 1.5” loss in my waist, that’s where I’ve seen the most change this week, I’ve now got a dimple on each side of my upper-obliques…beginnings of some abs? Lets hope so.

And I finally broke 150! So so happy that all that cardio has really paid off. I’m thinking of taking some “during” photos now that I’m officially down 10lbs since my “before” photos, or if I should just wait until I reach my UGW? What do you think?

Alright, back to recording my weigh-ins on my fitblr rather than my little private book. (Note to self: stop being so embarassed)

I’ve hit a major plateau at 150…I lost my first 30 lbs over winter last year and just got stuck here. So until I official break into the 140’s, I won’t be treating myself to any rewards. I am still surprised that since last summer I’ve managed to still get smaller without breaking my weight plateau…

BUT I am pleased with the inch lost in my upper arms, I’ve been working hard on that area now that spring’s here and I’m wearing sleeveless tops, plus it’s an area that I couldn’t seem to slim down last year.

What I really want is to lose a good 4” off my belly (measured at the widest part of my stomach).
